Travel Immunizations

The Shot Nurse is a mobile immunization and wellness service dedicated to serving the health needs of our community.  In addition to other services, The Shot Nurse can provide the immunizations you need when traveling out of the United States for business, pleasure or mission outreach opportunities.  We will send a nurse to your church, school, or place of business to provide your group with the necessary immunizations to insure your continued good health while traveling.  There is no additional fee for this mobile service; we only require a minimum of 10 shots for your on-site appointment.  Vitamin B-12 shots can count toward that minimum.

To determine which immunizations are needed, simply visit the Centers for Disease Control Web site at www.cdc.gov/travel and enter your destination.  You will be informed as to which vaccines are required for entry into that country and which vaccines are recommended to protect you against many serious and often deadly diseases.
