Seasonal Flu Shot       $25.00

A registered nurse will visit your facility to administer Influenza immunizations to anyone who wishes to participate. The company or individuals may pay by cash, check or credit card. There is only a minimum participation of 10 people. Individuals may come to the office and the price is the same.

For On-site visits:
The nurse carries B12 injections,
tetanus, pnuemonia and flu vaccinations(in the fall)
to all scheduled visits. If you need any of the other
vaccinations listed you must call the office at least
3 days before the scheduled visit so the nurse can pick up
those vaccinations before the appointment.
