**Currently, The Shot Nurse is booking appointments 6 days in advance. If you need a different day or assistance, please call our office at 901-685-9999 and ask to make an appointment.

Pfizer Information

Book online your Pfizer vaccination for ages 12 and older. Booster vaccines are available 28 days after your 2nd shot if you have one of the following conditions:

· Moderately and severely immunocompromised individuals, are defined as:

  • Active treatment for solid tumor and hematologic malignancies
  • Receipt of solid-organ transplant and taking immunosuppressive therapy
  • Receipt of CAR-T-cell or hematopoietic stem cell transplant (within 2 years of transplantation or taking immunosuppression therapy)
  • Moderate or severe primary immunodeficiency (e.g., DiGeorge, Wiskott-Aldrich syndromes)
  • Advanced or untreated HIV infection
  • Active treatment with high-dose corticosteroids (i.e., ≥20mg prednisone or equivalent per day), alkylating agents, antimetabolites, transplant-related immunosuppressive drugs, cancer chemotherapeutic agents classified as severely immunosuppressive, TNF blockers, and other biologic agents that are immunosuppressive or immunomodulatory

Johnson & Johnson Information

Johnson & Johnson is available on Saturdays from 10am-1:30pm at our Poplar and Farmington offices by appointment only. Please call to book your appointment, online booking is not available. Appointment schedulers are not available on Sat, so call during office hours mon-fri 9a-5p to book your J&J appointment on Saturday. J&J is one and done vaccine.

Moderna Information

Moderna Vaccine is not available.

You may not take the vaccine if you are *Allergic to any component of the vaccine or have experience an allergic reaction to reaction to vaccines in the past.
